In this new and exciting theme, we offer a taste of Japan, India, Romania and Mexico, and will present two countries of your choice. For each of the chosen countries, we look at geographical features, the flag, language, food and clothes. The children learn culturally significant dances which are matched to traditional music: the Soran Bushi from Japan, the Dandiya Raas from India, the Hora from Romania, and Dance of the Little Old Men from Mexico.
This program is aligned with both the Australian Curriculum and the Early Years Learning Framework.
